Benjamin G. Carter, MD

Dermatologist

Benjamin Carter was raised in St. George and attended Dixie College and the University of Utah (Spanish major) prior to moving to Milwaukee, Wisconsin for medical school. He attended the Medical College of Wisconsin (2002-2006) where he was recognized for his academic excellence with his election to the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Society in 2005. He completed dermatology residency training at the Medical College of Wisconsin (2007-2010).

Dr. Carter practices general medical and surgical dermatology. He enjoys evaluating and treating children and adults for all manner of skin conditions. Whether it is warts, rashes or skin cancer Dr. Carter will work hard to provide you with personalized up to date dermatologic care.

He currently resides in Santa Clara, Utah and is married to Janae. They have five children. Ben enjoys spending time with his family at home and in the outdoors.

Allie Blazzard, FNP-C

Nurse Practitioner

Allie Blazzard is a Nurse Practitioner and co-owner of Riverside Medical Arts. Allie has been performing cosmetic injections full time since 2005. Allie trains privately and is a national trainer for Galderma Aesthetics. She also trained for several years for Allergan. She’s participated in advisory boards with Allergan and Galderma as part of their expert faculty. Allie and her husband, Andy, have four beautiful children. They reside full time here in Southern Utah.

Allie graduated with her Registered Nursing certification and Bachelor’s degree in 2002 from BYU. She then went on to get her Nurse Practitioner certification and Master’s degree from BYU in 2004. Allie got her board certification through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners in 2004. From 2004 to 2005 she started her training in the medical spa setting doing cosmetic injections. She continues to attend trainings many times a year to stay up to date with current trends, safety measures and advancements in the field. She loves to share her passion of injecting with other injectors she trains.

Allie specializes in dermal fillers, Sculptra, neuromodulators like Botox and Dysport, Kybella, thread lifting, PRP/PRF, medical grade skin care and laser treatments. Allie loves her work and is passionate about what she does. She prides herself in achieving safe and natural results for her patients.



Cameron J. Hunter, PA-C

Physicians Assistant

Cameron Hunter was raised in Cedar City, Utah where he also graduated from Southern Utah University with honors with his Bachelor Degree in Science in 2013. He then moved to Toledo, Ohio to attend the Physician Assistant program at the University of Toledo. He graduated with his Master of Science in Biomedical Sciences in December of 2016.After graduate school he and his family relocated to Las Vegas, Nevada, where he practiced general medicine at Southwest Medical Associates. He enjoyed providing high quality medicine to his patients there, but when an opportunity to return to southern Utah presented itself, he couldn’t resist.

Cameron always had an affinity toward dermatology and is very excited to be practicing in this field. He now lives in St George with his wife, and 7 kids. Cameron enjoys kayak fishing, being outdoors and especially spending time with
his family.



Sara Poole, RN

Registered Nurse

With a background in cosmetic surgery and aesthetic medicine at Riverside Medical Arts since 2012, Sara brings extensive clinical experience and understanding of facial anatomy to her work as an Aesthetic Nurse Injector. In 2020, she had the opportunity to train under Galderma national trainer and expert injector Allie Blazzard, allowing her to expand her expertise into injectables and aesthetic medicine.

 She continues to advance her skills through ongoing education and aesthetic training each year. Known for her thoughtful approach and attention to detail, Sara is committed to understanding each patient’s unique goals and enhancing their natural beauty with refreshed, balanced results. She believes the best aesthetic treatments don’t change how you look—they simply help you look like the most refreshed version of yourself.

When she’s not caring for patients, Sara enjoys spending time with her husband and three children and can often be found cheering them on as they pursue their hobbies, interests, and goals.

Kylee Sharp, RN

Registered Nurse

I have been a Registered Nurse since 2017, beginning my career in urgent care before transitioning to the operating room, where I gained valuable experience in patient care,
precision, and attention to detail.

I have been specializing in aesthetics since 2022 and truly love helping my patients feel confident and comfortable in their own skin. I value the relationships I build with each patient and strive to create natural, personalized results.

Outside of work, I’m a wife and mom to two beautiful boys. I love staying active at CrossFit and spending time traveling and making memories with my little family.

Tiffany Nutter, RN

Registered Nurse

I’m Tiffany—a wife, mom of two grown children, and a proud gramma to five beautiful grandchildren, plus three bonus grandbabies.

My faith and family are the most important things in my life. I love spending time outdoors and making memories with the people I love. I’m always up for an adventure, whether it’s rappelling, hiking, horseback riding, swimming, surfing, riding bikes, playing soccer, or jumping on the trampoline with my grandbabies!

I grew up in Southern California and moved to St. George in 1993. I graduated from Dixie College in 2000 as a Registered Nurse. I spent my first 10 years of nursing working in assisted living before discovering my passion for aesthetic nursing in 2010.

Since then, I’ve dedicated my career to aesthetics and have developed extensive experience as an injection specialist, with a focus on helping my patients look and feel their best.



Cari Ellett

Master Esthetician

As a St. George native and licensed Master Esthetician with 25 years of experience,
Cari has spent her career transforming skin and boosting client confidence.

She specializes in facials, microneedling, laser treatments and custom skincare regimen’s
tailored to unique skin concerns, always fusing modern techniques with a restorative relaxing experience. 


When she’s not in the treatment room, you can find her enjoying life with her husband,
three sons, and new grandson.

Marci Ence

Master Esthetician

Marci graduated as a Master Esthetician and has spent the past 19 years working in medical aesthetics. She truly loves what she does and especially enjoys helping her clients feel confident in their skin. Marci is passionate about providing result-driven laser and facial treatments and loves seeing the progress and results her clients achieve.

Building relationships with her clients and being a part of their skin journey continues to be one of the most rewarding parts of her career.

Outside of work, Marci’s favorite role is being a mom. She loves spending time with her family and supporting her kids in all their activities.

Sara Foote brings 16 years of experience in medical aesthetics, combining her extensive clinical background with a passion for skin health, patient education, and individualized care. 

As a Licensed Master Aesthetician and Aesthetic Educator, Sara
has held leadership positions in both medical aesthetic practices and aesthetic education, including serving as Director of Education at The Skin Science Institute in Northern Utah. 

Her background in medical and surgical assisting, advanced aesthetic technologies, and skin health restoration allows her to approach each patient’s concerns with a comprehensive understanding of skin physiology and the relationship between medical care and aesthetic treatments. 

At Riverside Medical Arts, Sara is grateful to work alongside amazing medical providers to develop personalized skin health
programs that combine advanced treatment modalities with scientifically supported
skincare to achieve meaningful, long-term results.

Sara believes that exceptional aesthetic care begins with education, understanding, and
a genuine connection with each patient. She is passionate about helping individuals understand their skin, feel confident in their treatment decisions, and achieve results that extend beyond surface-level improvements.

Outside of Riverside, Sara is a devoted wife, mother of three, and proud grandmother of two. A professional vocalist and passionate music educator, she is also the founder and director of Joyful Noise Voices, a nonprofit organization dedicated to bringing people together through music, faith, and community. Whether through her work in aesthetics or her love of music, Sara finds her greatest fulfillment in helping others feel seen, valued, and reminded of their inherent worth.
