Perhaps you have heard the term, “liquid facelift.” This refers to a non-surgical facial rejuvenation procedure that uses advanced dermal fillers, such as Juvéderm Voluma® XC, Juvéderm®, Sculptra®, Juvéderm Volbella® XC, Belotero®, Restylane Lyft®, Restylane® and Radiesse® to lift and restore the contours of a man’s or woman’s face.

A liquid facelift is a combination of BOTOX® Cosmetic and dermal fillers that help to achieve a natural, beautiful restoration of youth for the aging face.

Specifically, by correcting volume loss, that naturally occurs with aging, with skillful and precise injections of dermal fillers, Allie Blazzard, N.P. is able to lift the face to help improve jowls, heavy nasolabial folds or smile lines, marionette lines and other wrinkles that may occur with aging.

WHAT FACIAL FILLERS ARE USED IN A LIQUID FACELIFT?

A variety of fillers can be used to achieve a natural-looking result. During your consultation, the best fillers to achieve your facelift goals will be recommended. The recommended filler depends on each patient and their desired outcome, longevity of products desired and budget. The dermal fillers offered at Riverside Medical Arts are clinically proven to re-volumize the face.

BOTOX® Cosmetic, or its competitors Dysport® and Xeomin®, can be used to help smooth wrinkles created from dynamic facial movements. We can treat frown lines, crows’ feet, forehead lines, bunny lines on the nose and more, to help create a more youthful appearance by minimizing facial movements. We can also use BOTOX® Cosmetic to help lift the neck and jawline and improve banding and wrinkling. BOTOX® Cosmetic can be used in the masseter muscles to slim the lower face on people that clench their teeth or suffer from TMJ.

WHAT IS THE COST OF A LIQUID FACELIFT?

Cost will vary greatly depending on the patient’s age, volume loss and desired outcome. Results can last as short as a year to as long as 5 to 10 years if you choose a longer-lasting filler like Bellafill®. Allie Blazzard, N.P. has done liquid lifts on patients in their late 80s with great results! The older and thinner the patient is, typically, the more volume they need to achieve a better result. WHAT OTHER PROCEDURES MAY BE USED FOR A NON-SURGICAL FACELIFT?

At Riverside Medical Arts, we can also combine a liquid lift with other modalities like Ultherapy® and KYBELLA® to further sculpt and lift the face.

KYBELLA® can be used to minimize a double chin or sub-mental fat through a series of small injections. This will result in permanent fat loss and a tighter jawline and neckline.

Ultherapy® is micro-focused ultrasound that can lift the brows, lids, lower face and neck in one treatment with no downtime. It can also smooth neck lines and lines on the chest or décolleté.
